M&E Property Services is a new and fresh company that specialises in the repair or refurbishment of the internal and external fabric of a building. Our multi-trade tradesmen will not only take pride in the quality and delivery of their work but will take the utmost care to always ensure minimal disruption to your company’s daily operations, whilst the work is in progress.
Through the structured programming and planning of our dedicated workforce, we are ideally placed to receive and undertake reactive, planned and preventative maintenance throughout the Midlands. All of our tradesmen are provided with corporate uniforms and are therefore easily recognisable on our client’s premises. In addition staff identification badges are worn and in doing so we can offer a greater sense of security to clients and their tenants staff.
Everyone associated with M&E Property Services is totally committed to providing a first class and cost effective service. A large proportion of the services we can provide are carried out using our own ‘in-house’ resources, however from time to time we will need to call upon specialist sub-contractors. These will be selected from our approved sub-contractor database, which is constantly monitored to ensure the adherence and service provided matches our own.
These may include such services as asbestos removal, landscape and gardening services and pest and rodent control. As well as planned and reactive service, we also offer a handyman service where the client buys the use of a handyman for an agreed amount of time per week, month or year to carry out works on site as required. Thereby having the use of and paying for a handyman only when required.
We also offer our clients an emergency call out service, 24 hours, 365 days per year. In the event of an emergency, out of normal office hours our bureau/help desk will take the emergency call, relay this to our Divisional Manager/Duty Supervisor on call. They will in turn respond back to the client, having assessed the situation and if required, despatch a tradesman to the site giving the estimated time of arrival.
